Rasel Industries Ltd. (RIL) Introducing #LifanCare - the First Ever Free Motorcycle Insurance Coverage in Bangladesh for All Lifan Motorcycle user for COVID19 & Accident Cases

The world going through a pandemic situation and Bangladesh is no different. Being a developing country with a lower per capita income, COVID-19 is affecting our country and economy as a whole. Now there are 14,72,954 total infections and 25,513 Covid infected deaths reported so far with a daily infection rate of close to 6,000. On the other hand, motorcycle accidents also going through a sharp rise. Roughly 18 people were killed every day in road accidents across the country.In 2020, nearly 5,000 people were killed and 5,100 were injured due to road accident and among them 1,127 was motorcycle accident and also motorcycle accident has also increased to 27% in 2020.

Keeping in mind about the welfare of the motorbiking industry, Rasel Industries Ltd.(RIL) is moving one step ahead with their social responsibility under #LifanCare.From 2004, RIL- the introducer of LIFAN Motorcycles in Bangladesh thrives towards building a better community and Biking Brotherhood under #BuildingBrotherhood initiative and created “Club KPR Bangladesh” for community development with many motorbike related activities.

Accident and Health miseries knows no bound, and we hardly find people who would come forward in the times of actual crisis. A simple token of money might help so many bikers when they actually in need. This cushion will make riders more comfortable while they are riding their favorite rides.

To provide the bikers with a financial support, Rasel Industries Limited has launched #LifanCare with 5,000 BDT covid coverage along with 60,000 BDT accidental insurance all the Lifan Bike Owners.

RIL started this accidental insurance worth 60,000 BDT from January 2020 and additional covid coverage will be added for the bikers who purchased motorcycles from January 2021. To avail the insurance coverage, please visit the following link:

    • BDT 5,000 coverage for Corona virus (COVID-19) infection.
    • Up to BDT. 50,000 total yearly coverage for Accidental Hospitalizations/Emergency
      Treatments as per the following:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • This offer is valid from 1st January 2020 and covid coverage is applicable from January 2021 until further notice from Rasel Industries Limited.
  • Customers who purchase Lifan motorcycles from Office/Factory or any authorized Rasel Industries Limited dealers (including e-commerce sales) shall get free insurance coverage.
  • Coverage for Accidental Hospitalizations/Emergency Treatments, COVID-19, and Accidental Death shall be applicable for the purchaser of the motorcycle only.
  • The purchaser must register for the free insurance coverage at raselindustry.com within 7 days of purchasing the motorcycle. Please visit www.raselindustry.com/insurance/after purchasing the Motorcycle to register for the free insurance coverage.
  • The insurance coverage duration is 365 days and it shall start from the date of the Motorcycle purchase (except COVID-19, it has a waiting period of 14 days). You must provide all the necessary information while registering for the insurance coverage on our website.
  • Motorcycle driving license is mandatory to claim accidental coverage.
